We’ve been featured in the latest edition of Cornwall Living Magazine, talking about how we’ve been meeting our customers’ increasing demand for one-off furniture pieces.  Thanks to our established supplier relationships, we've been able to source bespoke items created to our customers’ own specifications.

There have been some exciting new developments at Rustic House over the last year, more and more customers have been asking us to source one-off bespoke pieces for their homes. From single slabs of live edge suar wood to be made into a breakfast bar in a rustic kitchen, to variations of our existing products, and even completely new ideas.  We take the time to work closely with our customers to understand their project and vision for the finished look, then using our experience and knowledge of our products, we can suggest ideas and solutions in order to develop a detailed specification together.

We’ve built strong relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers, providing detailed feedback on their products and carefully refining various points of manufacture, to ensure that everything we source is made just how we want it. Through this regular correspondence, our suppliers have a much deeper understanding of our style, as well as an appreciation for our attention to detail. This means we are better able to convey exactly what our customers are looking for and ensure we are able to source something that they will be proud to have in their home for many years to come.
